We use professional cleaning equipment that requires parking within close proximity to your property. If you're in a restricted zone - particularly Derby or Ashby town centres - please let us know about any parking permits or access requirements when booking.
We can service most apartments provided there is a safe route for our equipment. If there is no lift access or parking is significantly restricted, please mention this during your enquiry so we can plan the logistics accordingly.
We are fully equipped to service a variety of property types, including:

While we focus our daily operations within the DE and LE postcode areas, we do consider larger specialist restoration projects or multi-room cleans outside this area. All quotes provided for our standard service area are fully inclusive of travel and equipment set-up.
